The terms governing your use of Childcare & Daycare GHL Snapshot's website, childcare automation snapshot, and done-for-you setup services.

Welcome to Childcare & Daycare GHL Snapshot ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our digital products and services, including but not limited to GoHighLevel CRM snapshots, enrollment and tour funnels, parent-communication workflows, conversation AI, AI agents, prompts, templates, and the done-for-you install (collectively, the "Services").

We are a marketing and automation software vendor for childcare businesses — daycares, preschools, after-school programs, and camps — and an independent affiliate of HighLevel (GoHighLevel). We are not a licensed childcare provider. We do not provide care for children, supervise children, employ caregivers on your behalf, or guarantee that you will obtain or keep state or local licensing.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and use our Services.
  • By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You may not use our Services if you are subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or embargoes under the laws of the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, or Australia.

2. Digital Products and Licensing

  • All products offered through Childcare & Daycare GHL Snapshot are digital in nature, delivered as a GoHighLevel snapshot plus an optional done-for-you setup.
  • Each snapshot purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within one HighLevel agency account only.
  • You may use the snapshot across all sub-accounts and users within your single agency, but not across multiple agencies.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or transfer any snapshot, funnel, AI prompt, AI agent, or digital product to another agency, company, or third party without prior written authorization from the Company.
  • Violation of this licensing rule may result in immediate termination of your access, legal action, and/or damages.

3. Refund Policy

  • The Childcare & Daycare GHL Snapshot is a one-time digital product (currently USD $997) that includes the snapshot and our setup work. Our full terms are described in our Refund Policy; the summary below controls alongside it.
  • 14-day install guarantee: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the snapshot has not yet been installed into your GoHighLevel account and the done-for-you setup has not yet begun. Once the snapshot is loaded into your account or setup work has started, the digital product is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
  • Billing errors: If you believe you have been charged twice or charged incorrectly, notify us by email at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. If eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only within 14 business days.
  • Refunds are not available simply for change of mind, misuse, or failure to implement or operate the purchased product after delivery.

4. Customer Responsibility & Childcare Compliance

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the compatibility of our snapshots, funnels, AI tools, and other digital products with their HighLevel account or business needs before purchase.
  • We provide marketing and automation software only. You — the childcare operator — remain solely and exclusively responsible for the lawful operation of your program, including: obtaining and maintaining all required state and local childcare licensing; meeting staff-to-child ratios; performing staff background checks; meeting mandated-reporter obligations; maintaining accurate health, allergy, and immunization records; and obtaining proper parent/guardian consent for any data you collect.
  • Our software does not provide care, does not supervise children, and does not verify, ensure, or guarantee licensing approval or regulatory compliance of any kind.
  • You are responsible for using our messaging tools lawfully, including obtaining the consents required by the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, COPPA, and any applicable state privacy and childcare laws before contacting parents or storing children's information.
  • We are not responsible for misuse, improper setup, or failure to achieve specific results from our products. Customers are encouraged to view product demos, schedule a consultation, or contact us at [email protected] prior to purchase.

5. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Share, distribute, or copy our content or digital products without authorization.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of this section.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, digital products, trademarks, and materials provided on Childcare & Daycare GHL Snapshot are the property of the Company or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued under applicable copyright, trademark, and contract laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee specific results, performance, or suitability for your individual business needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Childcare & Daycare GHL Snapshot, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services — including any claim arising from the care, supervision, injury, licensing, or regulatory status of any child or childcare program, which remain entirely the operator's responsibility.
  • Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using them.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
  • All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

10. Severability and Entire Agreement

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Childcare & Daycare GHL Snapshot regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
